- A Mauritius company holding a Global Business Licence. The management, activity and administration requirements need to fit your business.
- Authorised Company
- A Mauritius company route for eligible international activities. Its management and tax position require separate consideration.
- IBC — International Business Company
- A Seychelles company formed under its International Business Companies framework. Incorporation and permission to conduct a regulated activity are separate matters.
